Fresh goat cheese may be stored in your refrigerator for 2-3 weeks when sealed in airtight packaging, or wrapped in plastic. Fresh goat cheese may also be frozen. Simply freeze in air-tight packaging. When you’re ready to use, defrost in your refrigerator for 24-48 hours to preserve the smooth texture of fresh goat cheese.
