This delicate cheese gives off sweet hints of honey, and takes salads, toast, and fresh fruits to a whole new level!
We make this flavor from our mild, creamy chèvre and blend in local honey, which carries notes of wildflower. Lazy Bee produces all kind of products from raw, locally grown honey in Ohio, ranging from fresh bee pollen to balms and honey itself. They also provide farms like ours with hives – the honey we put into this chèvre is made just down the yard from our creamery!
